This webinar is for CBHC leaders in Evidence-Based Practices Implementation – this may include personnel with titles such as: CBHC directors, medical directors, training directors, project directors, quality improvement and quality assurance directors, and directors of workforce development.
Training Description:
This 90-minute webinar will provide an overview of the purpose and procedures to ensure fidelity to the EBPs utilized at CBHCs. Mutual sharing between CBHCs on challenges and solutions to achieving high-fidelity practice will be encouraged.
Training Objectives:
By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:
- Explain the importance and value of assessing the fidelity of evidence-based practices
- Assess and compare successful practices and challenges to assessing fidelity
- Design or plan a system for assessing the fidelity to evidence-based practices in their agency
