This training is for CBHC leaders in Evidence-Based Practices Implementation. This may include personnel with titles such as CBHC directors, medical directors, training directors, project directors, quality improvement and quality assurance directors, and directors of workforce development.
Description:
This 60-minute webinar will provide an overview of training and coaching practice; describing how coaches (and supervisors) can support and expand the knowledge and skills of staff that are introduced in training. Different models of coaching will be described. Mutual sharing between CBHCs on challenges and solutions to achieving effective coaching will be encouraged.
Objectives:
By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Describe the importance and value of coaching
- Assess and compare successful practices and challenges to coaching practices
- Design or plan a system for coaching practices in their agency
