Training Description:

Implementation “Readiness” refers to the extent to which an organization is both willing and able to implement a particular practice. Emerging work identifies three components of readiness that organizations should address when implementing new EBPs: (a) motivation of people within the organization to adopt new EBPs, (b) general organizational capacities, and (c) intervention-specific capacities.

Because readiness is dynamic, this webinar will facilitate early discussions that will enable CBHC leadership to consider readiness components as new challenges arise and to modify the existing approach to meet these needs.
