During this session representatives from the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) will discuss eligibility, enrollment and collaboration opportunities with EOEA and the CBHCs.

1. Explain services for EOEA relevant to CBHC persons served
2. Connect with EOEA to support a person served
