Two-Part Training: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Depression with Behavioral Activation Concepts

This is a two-part training. Upon registering, you will automatically be enrolled in both the 11/30 and 12/2 sessions.
Training Description:
The training will include a brief overview of the CBT model applied to depression. Assessment, conceptualization, and treatment planning for CBT for depression, and Behavioral Strategies for Depression, including behavioral activation strategies, Cognitive Strategies for Depression, and Considerations for Relapse Prevention.
Training Objectives:
After participating in this training, participants will be able to:
- Describe the CBT model of depression
- Describe CBT assessment and conceptualization for depression
- Create a general CBT treatment plan to address depression
- Use behavioral strategies to address symptoms of depression
- Use cognitive strategies to address symptoms of depression
- Describe relapse prevention strategies for symptoms of depression
