CME: Addressing Opioid Use Disorder: Approach to Management and Treatment

Training Description:

This 1.5-hour course will provide an overview of screening, diagnosis, and the latest evidence-based treatment approaches to Opioid Use Disorder in the era of Fentanyl.

Objectives:

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the epidemiology of OUD and overdose deaths
  • Discuss principles of patient screening, assessment, and diagnostic evaluation of OUD
  • Compare medication treatment options for OUD
