Training Description:
During this 45-minute module, representatives from the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) will discuss eligibility, enrollment and collaboration opportunities with EOEA and the CBHCs.
This short training does not meet the requirements for CE Credits.
Objectives:
After this training, participants will be able to:
- Explain EOEA services relevant to CBHC persons served
- Connect with EOEA to support a person served
