Training Description:
This online training is 4 hours and will provide an overview of CBT model applied to the development and maintenance of anxiety and related symptoms. Participants will be oriented to, observe demonstrations of, and practice specific cognitive and behavioral strategies traditionally used in the treatment of anxiety.
Training Objectives:
After participating in this training participants will be able to:
- Describe the CBT model for anxiety disorders
- Describe assessment, conceptualization, and general CBT treatment planning to address various forms of anxiety
- Employ specific behavioral and cognitive strategies for anxiety
